HOW TO GET STARTED
1. Complete Team Information Form (red button below).
2. Once you select the style of jersey (below) use the online builder to design your team's one of a kind jersey and share it with us at Teamsales@h5sports.com.
3. We will build an online store for your team to order their custom uniforms and fan gear. All you have to do is review the shop to make sure everything is correct and we will send you a link to send to your team to order and pay for their uniform.
If you need to reopen an existing store, please go to the Team Sports home page and use the Reopen Store request button

Click the Share icon on the left side of the screen and share it with us at TEAMSALES@H5Sports.com.

Name your jersey with your team's name AND the Coach's last name.

We will call or email you if we have any questions or to finalize your design.

If everything looks amazing, we will email you a link to your on-line store to share with the parents.
We have created a set of instructions to help you. It is a good idea to print these instructions to follow along as you design.
Standard Uniform Options
There are unisex (adult/youth) and womens (womens/girls) cuts to choose from. Each is available in a crewneck or v-neck. The unisex youth jerseys are available in a Youth 2XS. There is also an option for matching sublimated shorts. These items are all part of our 2.5 - 3 week turnaround time program and are $32 for youth sizes and $34 for adult sizes. The price includes all the printing.
