Producing screen meshes for printing on t-shirts is a labor-intensive process, regardless of the quantity. Each color requires stencils of your artwork to be carefully exposed on an emulsion-coated screen mesh, which is then washed and dried individually. Screen printing becomes more cost-effective as the number of garments being printed with the same artwork increases.
Our printing process utilizes both manual and automatic machines, allowing us to handle orders of any size.
