EASY STEPS
HOW TO GET STARTED
1. Complete Team Information Form (red button below).
2. Once you select the style of jersey (below) use the online builder to design your team's one of a kind jersey and share it with us.
3. We will build an online store for your team to order their custom uniforms and fan gear. All you have to do is review the shop to make sure everything is correct and we will send you a link to send to your team to order and pay for their uniform.
If you need to reopen an existing store, please go to the Team Sports home page and use the Reopen Store request button

The standard uniform options are shown below. Click on your preferred style to begin customizing your team jerseys.
Our team is available to help you with the builder. We have a variety of sample jerseys in our store that you can look at for inspiration, and you can check out the stock colors and fabrics to ensure you are getting exactly what you want. We have sizers that your team can try on to make sure the jerseys are the correct fit. Don't hesitate to reach out to our team - email, call or come visit us in store - and we'll be happy to help you in whatever way we can.
When you are finished designing your jersey, you will click on blue SHARE button to send it to us at TEAMSALES@H5Sports.com. In the design name, please use your team name AND the Coach's last name. We will review the details and call or email you if we have any questions or to finalize your design.
The builder is easy to use, but we have created a set of instructions to help you. It is a good idea to print these instructions and use them when you are ready to start.
Standard Uniform Options
We have a reversible and a non reversible jerseys, as well as reversible and non-reversible shorts available in both youth and adult sizes. These are all part of our 3-4 week turnaround program. For more styles and options please feel free to come in to the shop during our normal business hours.
