HOW TO GET STARTED

1. Complete Team Information Form (red button below).

2. Once you select the style of jersey (below) use the online builder to design your team's one of a kind jersey (email us the finished version).

3. We will build an online store for your team to order their custom uniforms and fan gear. All you have to do is review the shop to make sure everything is correct and send the link out to your team.

The standard uniform options are shown below. Click on your preferred style to begin customizing your team jerseys. We also have vests, full button, and two button jerseys available, but they have a longer turnaround time.

Our team is available to help you with the builder whenever you need us. We have a variety of sample jerseys in our store that you can look at to get inspiration, and you can check out the stock colors and fabrics to customize your jerseys. And, of course, we have sizers you can try on to make sure the jerseys are the correct fit. Don't hesitate to reach out to our team - call us or come visit us in store - and we'll be happy to help you in whatever way we can.

When you are finished designing your jersey, click on the checkout/roster tab and select the download button at the bottom of the page. This will download a .pdf that you will email to us at Teamsales@h5sports.com. We will review the details and call or email you if we have any questions or to finalize your design.

The builder is easy to use, but we have created a set of instructions to help you. It is a good idea to print these instructions and use them when you are ready to start.

Standard Uniform Options

There are unisex (adult/youth) cuts to choose from. You have the choice of either a crew neck or v-neck. These two items are all part of our 3 week turnaround time program and start at $32 each.
